Metro Home

The Metro Cash & Carry Group in Namibia has been business partners of Arch since 2019. The business has grown and at present has 30 sites - 3 DC’s & 27 stores, varying from Cash & Carry, Hybrid (retail & wholesale) and Liquor. The full suite of Arch solutions is applied in the business - Arch Retail, Arch Enterprise, Arch Mobile, Arch Value Adds and Arch Financial Integration (Sage Evo). Metro Namibia is a subsidiary of the Sefalana Group in Botswana, a long-standing Arch user.

The latest addition to the Metro Group, sees a diversification with the opening of Metro Home, a new concept store which specialises in kitchenware and homeware. This store is located in Windhoek, in the same building as Metro Hyper and Metro Hyper Liquor. The store is 1,100 sqm, with 4 POS points. See attached photos.
